  1. Below are our terms and conditions, which we hope you will review before placing your order.

  2. Products and Prices
    All products sold in our online store include VAT (25.5%). We reserve the right to change prices and shipping fees without prior notice. However, the prices and terms in effect at the time of the order are always binding.

  3. Ordering
    Orders are placed through our online store. An order confirmation will be sent to the email address you provided once your order has been successfully processed. The order confirmation serves as proof of purchase.

  4. Delivery
    Delivery Methods: We use reliable logistics partners such as Posti, Matkahuolto, or available couriers such as FedEx or other alternatives.
    Delivery Time within Finland: In-stock products are delivered within 3–7 business days of order processing.
    Delivery Time within Europe: 7-14 business days.
    Delivery Time Outside of Europe: 21-30 days.
    If there are any deviations from these delivery times, we will notify you separately.
    Shipping Costs: Shipping costs depend on the recipient’s destination country and will be added to the total order amount at checkout.

  5. Payment Methods
    We offer several secure payment options, such as online bank transfers, card payments, and invoice or installment payment services (depending on the payment provider used).

  6. Right of Return
    Return Right: Products have a 14-day return right from the date of receipt.
    Return Costs: The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of returns.
    Return Instructions:

    Carefully pack the product and include the order confirmation or other proof of purchase.

    Send the return to the provided return address according to our instructions.
    Please note that the returned product must be unused and in its original packaging. If the product does not meet these conditions, we reserve the right to refuse a refund.

    If a product is defective or damaged during delivery, please contact our customer service immediately, but no later than 7 days from receipt. We will replace the defective product as soon as possible or refund the purchase price.
